आप अपने product को return कर सकते हैं यदि:
✔ गलत product भेज दिया गया हो
✔ product damaged या defective हो
✔ size / color गलत हो (clothing & bags)
⛔ Note:
For hygiene reasons, jewellery items (earrings, tops, studs, nose pins, necklaces) cannot be returned unless defective.

Exchange संभव है यदि:
- Size issue हो (Clothing & Bags)
- Replacement for same product required हो
- Defective or damaged item मिला हो
Jewellery can only be exchanged if it arrives damaged.

आप product को delivery के 7 days के अंदर return या exchange request कर सकते हैं।

Return/Exchange शुरू करने के लिए भेजें:
- Product की clear photos
- Packaging और invoice photo
- Damage/defect दिखाने वाले photos (यदि हो)

3️⃣ Pickup आपके address से scheduled किया जाएगा
4️⃣ Product quality check में पास होते ही refund/exchange process शुरू होगा

Refund केवल इन cases में दिया जाएगा:
✔ गलत item delivered
✔ defective/damaged item
✔ product unavailable for replacement
Refund timeline: 3–7 working days after product inspection.

✔ Jewellery box / cloth bag included

- Order shipping से पहले cancel किया जा सकता है
- Shipping हो जाने के बाद cancellation possible नहीं है
- Prepaid orders का refund 3–7 working days में जारी होता है
